ඔබ iPhone එකක් හෝ iPad එකක් භාවිතයෙන් Photo Edit කරනවා නම් අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම භාවිතා කරන App එකක් විදිහට Adobe Lightroom දක්වන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ වගේම ඔබ Adobe Lightroom හි Paid Subscription එක භාවිතා කරනවා නම් ගොඩක් Features වගේම Adobe cloud Feature එකත් භාවිත කරන බව නිසකයි.
හැබැයි පසුගිය දිනක මේ Adobe Lightroom App එක හරහා එහි Usersලාට සිදුව තිබුනේ නම් ඉතා විශාල පාඩුවක්.
ඒ Adobe සමාගම විසින් iOS Usersලාට ලබා දුන් නව Lightroom App එකේ Update එකත් මගින් iPhone එකේ හෝ iPad එකේ ඇති Photos හා Lightroom Presets සියල්ල Automatically නැවත අබාගත නොහැකි ලෙස Delete වී යාමයි.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මේ වන වට ඔවුන් මේ ගැටලුව නව Lightroom App Update එකක් මගින් නිවරදි කිරිමට කටයුතු කර තිබෙනවා. මේ සිදුවු දෝෂය පිළිබඳව නිල නිවේදනයක් ද ඔවුන් විසින් නිකුත් කර තිබෙන අතර මේ සිදුවු ගැටලුව පිළිබඳව කණගාටුව ද ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබෙනවා.
We are aware that some customers who updated to Lightroom 5.4.0 on iPhone and iPad may be missing photos and presets that were not synced to the Lightroom cloud.
A new version of Lightroom mobile (5.4.1) for iOS and iPadOS has now been released that prevents this issue from affecting additional customers.
Installing version 5.4.1 will not restore missing photos or presets for customers affected by the problem introduced in 5.4.0.
We know that some customers have photos and presets that are not recoverable. We sincerely apologize to any customers who have been affected by this issue.
කෙසේ වෙතත් Lightroom Cloud Subscription එක හරහා ඒ Feature එක භාවිත කරන iPhone & iPad Usersලාට මේ දෝෂය නිසා කිසිදු ගැටලුවක් සිදු වුයේ නැ. මේ ගැටලුව පත්වුයේ Lightroom Cloud Subscription එක භාවිතා නොකරන හෝ Lightroom Cloud Storage එකට Photos Upload කිරිම සිදු නොකර තිබු පරිශිලකයන්ය.
ඒ වගේම Adobe සමාගම පවසන්නේ Lightroom Cloud Storage එක වෙත Upload වි නොමැති Photos හා Lightroom Presets නැවත ලබා ගැනිමේ හැකියාවක් නොමැති බවයි. හැබැයි iPhone හෝ iPad Backupවල එම Photos හෝ Presets Backup වි පවති නම් ඒවා ලබා ගැනිමට හැකියාව පවතිනවා.
හැබැයි Android වැඩකාරයෝ අපිට නම් හිතෙන්නේ මෙය Adobe Lightroom Cloud Storage Subscription එක භාවිතය Adobe Lightroom Usersලා පොළඹවා ගැනිමට කල දෙයක් බවයි. ඒ වගේම මෙය තාක්ෂණික දෝෂයක් විමටත් බොහෝ ඉඩකඩ තිබෙනවා.
