පසුගිය රාත්‍රියකදී Twitter සමාගම ඔවුන්ගේ upcoming feature එකක් release කරා. ඒ තමා "Audio Spaces ” කියන feature එක. මේ announcement එකත් එක්ක Twitter සමාගමේ product lead වන Kayvon Beykpour මහතා සඳහන් කලේ Twitter සඳහා dislike button එකක් add කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් සොයාබලන බවයි.
ඔහු පවසා තිබෙන්නේ cybersecurity විශේෂඥයකු වන Jackie Singh Twitter සමාජ ජාලයෙන් කල ඉල්ලීමකට දක්වන ප්‍රතිචාරයක් ලෙසයි. Jackie Singh ගේ ඉල්ලීම වූයේ Twitter සමාජ ජාලය තුල සිදු වන coordinated inauthentic behavior, disinformation, සහ harassment වගේ ප්‍රශ්න ගැන මීට වඩා අවධානය යොමු කරනා ලෙසයි.
#1, 2 and 4 are literally our top priority (making the public conversation on Twitter) and has been for years. We’ve made a lot of progress but still lots to do. We do feel it’s important to solve other problems too! As for #3, this is something we’re exploring.

ඔව් මෙතනින් කියන්නේ නෑ Twitter ලා හදිසියේම downvote button එකක් add කරන්න යනවා කියලා. Beykpour සඳහන් කරපු තවත් වැදගත් දෙයක් තමා downvote button එකම නෙමේ මේකට පිලියම කියන දේ සහ වෙනත් ක්‍රියාමාර්ග සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඔවුන් අධ්‍යනය කරමින් සිටින බව.
Downvotes හෝ dislikes add කරද්දී disadvantages කීපයක්ම ලැබෙන්න පුලුවන්. මේ හේතුවෙන් twitter platform එක abuse වෙන්නත් ඉඩ තියෙනවා. ඉතින් මේකට Beykpour විසින් ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වලා තියෙනවා.

දැන් තියෙන තත්වය අනුව user කෙනෙක් අකමැති දෙයක් දකින එක වලක්වාගන්න ලේසිම ක්‍රමය තමා ‘I’m not interested in this Tweet’ කියන option එක් භාවිත කිරිම. Unfollow, blocking තරම් effective නොවුනත් ඒ හා සමාන content twitter එකෙ පෙන්වන්නේ නෑ.
කෙසේවෙතත් මේ ගැන official confirmation එකක් twitter සමාගමෙන් දැනට ලැබී නෑ, ඉදිරියේදි ඒ ගැන විස්තරයක් ලද සැණින් අපි ඔයාලව දැනුවත් කරන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමවා.
