Apple ecosystem එකට, ඒකේ තියෙන software experience එකට ගොඩක් මිනිස්සු ලොකු කැමැත්තක් දක්වනවා. ඉතින් මෑතකදී American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) එකෙන් නිකුත් වුන වාර්තාවකට අනුව personal computers market එකේ පාරිභෝගික තෘප්තිය එහෙමත් නැතිනම් Consumer satisfaction එක අතින් top position එක හිමිකර ගැනීමට Apple සමාගම සමත් වෙලා තියෙනවා.
ඇමෙරිකානු පාරිභෝගික තෘප්ති දර්ශකය එහෙමත් නැති නම් American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) එක කියන්නේ organization එකක්. මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ customer කෙනෙක් අලුත් electronic product එකක් purchase කරාට පස්සේ ඒ customer ගේ satisfaction එක ගැන ideas ගන්න එක. මේ විදිහට customers ලා 14,698 දෙනෙක්ගෙන් satisfaction reviews මොවුන් අරගෙන තියෙනවා. මේ report එක තුලින් PC විතරක් නෙමේ smartphones, TVs සහ අනිත් electronic appliances ගැනත් customer satisfaction levels ඇතුලත් වෙලා තියෙනවා.
ඉතින් අපි මෙ කතා කරන personal computer category එකේ top position එකට ඇවිත් තියෙන්නේ ලකුණු 82ක් ගනිමින්. කලින් අවුරුද්දට වඩා එක ලකුණකින් මේ පාර ඔවුන් පසු පසට ගිහින් තියෙනවා. දෙවෙනි තැනට ඇවිත් තියෙන්නේ Samsung සමාගමයි.
