Apple හා Google සමාගම් විසින් පසුගිය දිනක ඔවුන්ගේ App Store හා Play Store තුලින් Fortnite Game එක ඉවත් කරන්න කටයුතු කරපු බව අපි ඔබ වෙත වාර්තා කලෙමු.
කෙසේ වෙතත් තාමත් මේ ගැටලුවට නම් ආයතනය දෙක පැත්තෙන්ම නිසි විසදුමක් ලැබිල නම් නැ. දැන් වෙනකොට Apple සමාගම විසින් Epic Games ආයතනයේ Developer Account ඉවත් කර දැමිමට මේ වන විට කටයුතු කර තිබෙනවා.
කෙසේ වෙතත් මිට පෙර Apple සමාගම Fortnite Game එක පමණක් ඉවත් කර තිබු අතර Epic Games ආයතනයේ Developer Account ඉවත් කිරිම නිසා මේ වන විට Battle Breakers & Infinity Blade Stickers කියන Epic Games ආයතනයේ Game App නැවත Download කිරිමේ හැකියාව අහිමි වි තිබෙනවා. එමෙන්ම මින් පසුව Epic Games ආයතනයට Apple Devices සදහා App නිර්මාණය කිරිමට තිබු හැකියාව ද අහිමි වි තිබෙනවා.
හැබැයි ඔබ විසින් කලින් Fortnite Game එක Download කර තිබෙනවා නම් තවමත් කිසිදු ගැටලුවක් නොමැතිව එය Play කිරිමේ හැකියාව පවතනිවා. නමුත් එහි අලුත්ම Season 4 එක නම් ඔබට Play කල හැකි වන්නේ නැ.
Apple සමාගම විසින් මේ පිළිබඳව නිවේදනය නිකුත් කර ඇති අතර ඔවුන් වැඩි දුරටත් කියා සිටියේ Epic ආයතනය විසින් අධිකරණය පැවසු පරිදි නඩු ක්‍රියාමාර්ග පවතින තුරැ Apple සමාගමේ නිතිරිතිවලට අනුකුල නොවු නිසා ඉතා කණගාටුවෙන් යුතුව මේ ක්‍රියාවල සිදු කල බවයි. ඒ වගේම ඔවුන් ඉදිරියේදිත් Epic ආයතනය සමග කටයුතු කිරිමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන බවත් සදහන් කරල තියෙනවා.
“We are disappointed that we have had to terminate the Epic Games account on the App Store. We have worked with the team at Epic Games for many years on their launches and releases. The court recommended that Epic comply with the App Store guidelines while their case moves forward, guidelines they’ve followed for the past decade until they created this situation. Epic has refused. Instead, they repeatedly submit Fortnite updates designed to violate the guidelines of the App Store. This is not fair to all other developers on the App Store and is putting customers in the middle of their fight. We hope that we can work together again in the future, but unfortunately, that is not possible today,”
Developersලට අසාධාරණයක් කරමින් IOS Usersලා බලාපොරොත්තු කඩ කරමින් Epic ආයතනය මෙලෙස හැසිරිම පිළිබඳවත් ඔවුන් කණගාටුවට පත්වන බව වැඩි දුරටත් දක්වා තිබෙනවා. කෙසේ වෙතත් Epic ආයතනයේ Unreal Engine එක පවත්වාගෙන යන අනෙක් Developer Account එක ඉවත් කිරිමට නම් මේ වනතුරැ ඔවුන් කටයුතු කර නැ.
