Surface Laptop 3 එක Launch කරපු October 2019 ඉදන් සමහර users ලා Report කරලා තියෙනවා හේතුවක් නැතුව Laptop screen එකේ cracks appear වෙනවා කියලා. Microsoft ලා මුලින් කිව්වේ issue එක ඒගොල්ලෝ investigate කරනවා කියලා February වල. ඔන්න දැං ඒගොල්ලෝ මේ Problem එකට හේතුවත් explain කරලා users ලට ඒකට පිළියමකුත් දීලා තියෙනවා.
“We have investigated claims of screen cracking on Surface Laptop 3 and have determined that, in a very small percentage of cases, a hard foreign particle may cause a hairline fracture in the glass that may seem to appear unexpectedly or without visible cause,” මෙහෙම කියලා තියෙනවා මේගොල්ලො Support Document එකේ.
තව දුරටත් මේගොල්ලෝ කියලා තියෙනවා “If you believe your Surface Laptop 3 is experiencing this issue, you are encouraged to contact our Microsoft Support to initiate a repair free of charge during the warranty period of the device,”.
Microsoft ලා තව කියලා තියෙනවා කලින් repairs වලට pay කරලා තියෙනවා නම් , තමන් ඒක මේ අලුත් Policy එකෙන් cover වෙන්න ඕනේ කියලා හිතනවා නම් තමන්ට Microsoft Support එකට කතා කරලා අයකරගන්න පුළුවන් කියලා.
