මේ රටවල් හැර අනිත් රට වලට තාවකාලිකව Etsy Selling Account අලුතින් Open කරන්න බැරි කරල තියෙනවා. ඒක එයාලාගේ මොකක් හෝ යම්කිසි Update එකක් හේතුවෙන්. ඒ නිසා මේ දේ ලංකාවට විතරක් බලපාපු දෙයක් නෙවේ. ඒ වගේම Ban කිරීමකුත් නෙවේ. මේක ඉදිරියේදී නැවතත් Update වෙන්න පුළුවන්. ඒත් කවදාද කියන එක තවම Etsy වලින් සදහන් කරලා නෑ. ඒ වගේම මේක බලපාන්නෙ April 26 න් පසු අලුතින් Open කරන Account වලට විතරයි. ඊට පෙර Open කල Accounts වලට මේක බලපාන්නෙ නෑ. මේ තියෙන්නෙ Etsy වලින් ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් පල කරපු Article එක.
Why Can't I Open a Shop in My Country?
In most locations where Etsy Payments is not currently available, new shops are temporarily unable to onboard to Etsy. As of April 26, 2021, most sellers opening new shops on Etsy are required to onboard with Etsy Payments.
If you opened your shop before April 26 without enrolling in Etsy Payments, your shop is not affected by this change. You can continue accepting payments into your own PayPal account.

Why we made this change
As millions of new buyers discover Etsy, we want to maintain a safe marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
When a buyer purchases from a shop that doesn’t accept Etsy Payments, Etsy can’t help facilitate the payment process or support in the resolution of order issues. There are also certain shopping features that aren’t available for a buyer unless the shop accepts Etsy Payments, such as Etsy gift cards.
For the time being new shops in markets where Etsy Payments is not currently available are temporarily unable to onboard to Etsy. In the meantime, we’re working on building more checks for the non-Etsy Payments onboarding process in order to address potential issues for both buyers and sellers and help keep the Etsy marketplace safe.
If Etsy Payments isn’t available in your country
At this time, sellers in certain locations where Etsy Payments isn’t available won’t be able to sign up to sell on Etsy.
If you don’t see your country in the dropdown menu during the shop opening process, then selling on Etsy isn’t available in your country at this time.
We’re working on expanding the availability of Etsy Payments so we can offer the benefits Etsy Payments provides to sellers in more countries. See where Etsy Payments is currently available.

Can I still open my shop that’s in draft mode without Etsy Payments?
If you created a draft shop before April 26, but didn’t publish it before then, you most likely won’t be able to open it unless Etsy Payments is available in your area.
You may have previously selected your own PayPal account as how you’ll get paid in your draft shop, but that option is temporarily unavailable to most sellers.
Can I reopen an old shop without Etsy Payments?
If you have a closed shop that previously was not enrolled in Etsy Payments, you most likely will not be able to reopen it unless you can accept Etsy Payments.
